Gangs and drugs provide a strong pull for Brazilian youths, and the criminal penalties for these young people

include internment in educational centers with a maximum stay of 3 years.

Ministério JEAME conducts evangelistic services in 13 juvenile detention centers in São Paulo, Brazil, reaching 1,000 teenagers each week. They also follow-up with these young people after they are released, offering Bible studies and vocational training and plugging them into local churches.

Please pray for the Lord to use JEAME to bring the incarcerated and newly released teens of São Paulo to salvation in Jesus, integrate them into local churches, and rescue them from the pull of drugs and crime.
