Children from the poorest families in Quisqueya, Dominican Republic, live in extreme poverty,

often without access to clean water, bathrooms, or regular meals.

Additionally, resources for special needs children are hard to come by,

and families often don’t have access to the necessary tools and resources to help integrate them into daily life.

Emanuel House (EH) serves 150 children from 117 of the poorest families in Quisqueya, feeding them spiritually, physically, and emotionally. In addition to Bible study and education, children receive access to clean water, functioning bathrooms, and regular meals (breakfast, lunch, and a snack). Emanuel House also works with children with special needs–hearing loss, partial vision loss, physical disabilities, Down Syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism, and dyslexia. They train the community to care well for these children, pairing this care with community Bible classes and providing children with occupational, language, music, and art therapy.

Please pray for the Lord to use Emanuel House to bring these children and their families to faith in Him.
