Ministry Update: Hannah House Family (Burundi)

With a deep compassion for the least, lost, and forgotten, HHF is a beacon of hope in a country plagued by poverty, conflict, and despair.

One of Hannah House Family’s ministries is a multi-site six-month sewing and tailoring program for widows. Through these classes, the women are equipped with sewing and business skills to help them move toward self-sufficiency in providing for their families.

A new class recently celebrated their graduation by demonstrating their skills in real-time and modeling their creations. These ceremonies are joyous times, with the women and their families in attendance, where the gospel is preached and the women’s achievements are celebrated.
