Ministry Update: Brazilian Baseball Association (Brazil)

ABBS rejoices to share that three young men in its program have professed faith in Christ, been baptized, and joined their church this year!

Two of these are twin brothers who were baptized in April while Oakseed’s liaison, Carlos Dourado, was visiting the ministry. The third is a young man named Oto, who wanted to share his testimony:

My name is Oto, and I am 16 years old. I want to talk about my experience with God at last year’s summer camp, where I had the opportunity to meet God.

Well, before the meeting, I was a boy of the world: a boy who didn’t know the word, the path, or the truth. I had no idea what it was like to know the true love that only God can provide us through Jesus and his Holy Spirit. I was someone who walked in complete darkness, without God’s direction.

During the meeting, during the three days, I could feel God working and doing magnificent things!! I came to know Jesus and gave my life 100% into His hands. It was a wonderful experience!!! It was a necessary experience for my life because it was there that I had a true encounter with the Lord. And that changed my life. The more time I spend with God, the more and more God shows me new paths, new goals, and new dreams.
