Ministry Update: Semear (Brazil)

Semear needed help funding improvements to their Jd. Panorama location and several cultural trips for children in their programs. They shared these needs with their volunteers, and the Lord used them to provide all that they needed.

Another reason for praise is their recent recognition as a “Sala Verde” by the federal government of Brazil. This designates them as a place where people gather to learn about ecology and earth care and establishes them as a reference for how to do environmental education throughout the country. Their goal is to recruit more churches to partner with them in this opportunity, and they are hosting a garden event next month with over 70 volunteers from their various centers.
