Ministry Update: Hannah House Family (Burundi)

Sam Oluoch, Oakseed Ministry Liaison to Africa, visited Hannah House Family earlier this year. While visiting the orphanage, he had the opportunity to preach to the children during family devotions. There are three new children at the orphanage, bringing the total number of kids to 19.

The Magara tailoring class graduated 26 women while Sam was there, and he officiated the ceremony on behalf of Oakseed, preaching on seeking first the kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33). There are currently three tailoring class locations, which makes it easier for locals to attend. The main teacher at the Magara location is named Sarah. She is very gifted in tailoring, and though relatively poor herself, she volunteers her time to teach the classes to these women.
