Ministry Update: Reformed Heart Orphans Center (Kenya)

Reformed Heart Orphans Center is dedicated to rescuing and caring for orphans. Founded in 2009 in response to the devastating aftermath of the 2007 post-election violence, RHOC has become a refuge for 40 children who have lost their parents. It provides the orphans with food, shelter, clothing, education, medical care, and most importantly, the life-changing message of the gospel.

RHOC celebrates birthdays monthly to honor the children and help them know that they are seen and cared for as individuals, by both the Lord and their larger RHOC family. In February, Elvis, Dickson, Obama, Lillian, Methuselah, and Core were celebrated.

In April, RHOC celebrated Ruth’s baptism after a clear profession of faith in Christ.

How to Pray for RHOC

• Please pray for the Lord to grow each of the children at RHOC to know and trust in Him as the One who sees and cares for them.
• Pray that Ruth will continue to grow in faith, love, and steadfastness.
