Answered Prayers for Oakseed’s Asian Ministry Partners

CMC hosted a summer VBS program, and despite extreme temperatures in the region, almost 60 children attended. As part of its vision to prepare young people for ministry within the community, CMC also provides over 20 young adults with theological studies, vocational training, music skills, and evangelism opportunities.

In answer to prayers, several children at Mustard Seed Orphanage have clear testimonies of faith in Christ. The Lord has protected the children and staff amid much violence throughout the country and abundantly provided for their needs, including a new roof for the boys’ dorm and a fence for the compound.

As Sugandh continues to share the gospel through its various programs, it rejoices to see God’s faithfulness in giving fruit. Five men who grew up in its programs are now pastors of local churches. Many of the young women who have participated are now believers, following Christ and serving the community with skills learned at Sugandh.

In answer to prayers, the Lord provided a partnership with Child Evangelism Fellowship, which will train Sugandh’s staff for children’s ministry and help them to better convey the gospel through Bible studies.
