Semear
Semear is an urban ministry utilizing agroecology and income-generating projects to proclaim the gospel among the poor and socially vulnerable, including the homeless, refugees, and children. Semear fosters responsible care for the earth, people, and the sharing of crop surpluses through local vegetable garden clubs, agroecological training, food security, and revenue-producing work in low-income areas.
The ministry assists communities and churches by teaching sustainability and citizenship. Each project matches the local context, availability of time, and financial resources in urban centers. Semear strives to share best practices, establish local networks, and build autonomy. Evangelical outreach, discipleship, and Bible studies are integrated into all programs, allowing workers to meet communities' physical and eternal needs.

Pray for the 500 vulnerable children of Mandelinha whose families live in fear of house eviction at any time to experience the Lord's provision, stability, and protection. Ask for these families to come to saving faith in Jesus.
