Rev. Julian Bull

Rev. Julian Bull was born in the United Kingdom. As a result of his father’s employment as a research scientist, he lived in Nigeria, Tanzania, Malaysia, and London prior to attending college. Julian was converted to Christianity through a local church while in college. Soon after, he felt the Lord’s call to pastoral ministry and entered theological training in Sydney, Australia. Julian has been the pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Perth, Australia since 1979. In addition, for 20 years he has provided leadership support to Mustard Seed Orphanage in Myanmar and was instrumental in bringing Mustard Seed into partnership with Oakseed. Julian and his wife Sue have two adult children and eight grandchildren. Julian and Sue live in Perth, Australia where they enjoy activities like reading, music, travel, gardening, motorcycles, and quilting.

Carlos Dourado

Carlos Dourado was born in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, the son of a Presbyterian minister. He came to know the Lord through the Ministry of Word of Life in Brazil. Carlos and his wife, Pam moved to Northern Virginia when Carlos retired in 2015, after a long career as a pharmaceutical executive. His career took them to live in five different countries and eight different cities. In addition to serving with Oakseed as the Ministry Liaison to Latin America, focusing on Argentina and Brazil, Carlos is an elder at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Arlington, VA, does translations (English to Portuguese) for The Gospel Coalition and is Vice-President of the Board of Sanctity of Life Ministries. His favorite pastimes are fishing, traveling, watching soccer, reading and going for long walks. Carlos and Pam have two married sons and four grandchildren.

Rev. Steve Hohenberger

Steve Hohenberger was raised in the Baltimore area and completed an undergraduate degree in the social sciences at Drexel University in 1971 and the M.Div. from Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia in 1975.  He was ordained in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church in 1976 and served in OP churches in New Jersey and Virginia. He later served in Presbyterian Church in America congregations in Virginia until retirement in early 2011. After retirement, Steve and his wife, JoAnn, moved to Mexico, where they volunteered at a children’s shelter for three years in a rural village and helped in a local church and Christian school in Guadalajara for one year.  They returned to the US in 2015.  In 2018, Steve and JoAnn had the opportunity to visit Malawi, Africa, for a two-week teaching trip with Equipping Leaders International.  Steve serves on the missions committee of their local PCA congregation and as a guest preacher when the opportunity arises.

Dr. Rick Horne

Rick Horne has over 30 years of experience in Christian school counseling and has served on the board of the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation (CCEF) for 20 years. He is a graduate of Philadelphia Biblical University (BS), Reformed Educational Seminary (MDiv), and West Chester University (MEd), and Westminster Theological Seminary (DMin). He has developed, in association with CCEF, a curriculum in pastoral counseling for urban church leaders and serves as Site Coordinator for The Urban Ministry Institute in Chester, PA. Rick has served in bivocational pastoral ministry in three Philadelphia area churches over the last 38 years. Dr. Horne is the author of six books for students, teachers, and parents and has taught on related topics in schools and conferences in Europe, Africa, Asia and North, South, and Central America. Rick and his wife Betty have six children and 15 grandchildren.

Satish Moses

Satish Moses was born and raised in an orthodox Hindu family in India. He came to know the Lord Jesus Christ and accepted Him as his Savior in the year 2001, and was baptized the same year. Satish Moses has been a Gospel worker and a Bible teacher, whose life goal is ‘to know Christ and to make Christ known’. As a Gospel worker, over the years, he took opportunities to proclaim the love of Lord Jesus Christ and had the privilege to minister God’s Word at various Christian gatherings in India, Romania, Philippines, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, England and the United States. Currently he is holding the responsibility as a pastor at Agape church in Virginia. He enjoys running and occasionally watching a good game of cricket. He is married and lives in Clifton, Virginia, with his wife Salome and two children Hannah Favor and Matthew Courage.

Rev. Sam Oluoch

Sam Oluoch has been a pastor and church-planter in Kenya for over 20 years. Currently, Sam is planting a church in the city of Nairobi in partnership with Grace Baptist Church, Kisumu. Grace Baptist Church began as a church plant that met for worship in the Oluoch’s home. Sam is also on staff at Kisumu Reformed School of Theology, a seminary of which he is a co-founder. Sam holds degrees from Africa International University (Nairobi, Kenya) and Highlands Theological College (Dingwall, Scotland). Before being called to full-time ministry in 1999, Sam worked as an Agricultural Officer in the Kenyan government. Sam and his wife Melly have two adult children.

Tiffany Crosley

Tiffany Crosley is the Director of Oakseed Ministries International. As the daughter of Oakseed’s founder, the Rev. Dr. Edward Bradley, Tiffany has served Oakseed in multiple capacities since her childhood, including serving on the board and working as a fundraising consultant, graphic designer, and administrative volunteer before being asked to direct the organization in 2016. Before leading Oakseed Ministries, Tiffany served as the director of philanthropy for the John Jay Institute, the Clare Boothe Luce Policy Institute, the Alabama Policy Institute, and the Tax Foundation. Tiffany holds a BS in political science from Appalachian State University. Tiffany and her husband John have six children.

John Crosley

John Crosley serves as the Missions Director of Oakseed Ministries International. Having a passion for evangelism and missions along with being married to Tiffany has led to John serving Oakseed unofficially for years as a management consultant and web developer. In 2019, John turned over the day-to-day operations of his business to officially join the Oakseed team. John is an entrepreneur and has successfully run an online university faculty recruiting business since 2008. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Pierce College and has extensive web development experience. A Philadelphia native, John served as the Project Director for SeedVentures, a local non-profit, and was a senior sales representative for News-Line Communications. John and Tiffany have six children and live near Philadelphia, PA.

Mary Scott Foreman

Mary Scott Foreman is the Communications Manager for Oakseed Ministries International. She joined Oakseed in 2022 after 15 years of homeschooling her children. As a Christian and the wife of a pastor who has been on various missions committees and visited overseas, Mary appreciates opportunities to hear about what the Lord is doing worldwide and desires to make that known so that others will also catch the vision and participate through prayers and support. Mary holds a BS in Math and a BA in Music from Furman University. She and her husband, Matt, have four children.

Erin Buchanan

Erin Buchanan is the Programs and Sponsorship Coordinator of Oakseed Ministries International. Erin joined Oakseed in this position in 2017 after several years at American Home Life International, a student home-stay organization. Having worked in both the public and private sectors, Erin has experience creating and improving organizational processes, teaching, managing social media, and providing administrative support to both domestic and international parties. Erin holds a BA in Education and BS in Biblical Studies from Cairn University. She and her husband Ian have two children.
