The 2009 Oakseed Ministries Student Essay Contest Topic is:

“Compassion and the Lost Childhood”

The issues facing children who have lost their childhood are not as one-dimensional as they might seem.  Issues overlap, adding complexity to the overall problem of children being forced to grow up before their time.

We have now posted the Rules and Regulations for the Essay Contest, the multiple topic areas to be covered in the essay contest, how to submit your essay through the mail, and a bunch of resources to get you started.

And soon we’ll be providing you with the ability to submit your essay online through this website.
